Expo Feedback

As a result of attending the expo I was able to secure a place in the Deloitte development program. I talked to one of the Deloitte representatives at the expo and told them about my application. They indicated that they would call me back and so they did. I am confident that this opporutnity will help land me an internship with the company. Karl-Henrik Lonn, Civil Engineering Student, La Trobe University

What a wonderful experience. I didn’t even know how many companies provide opportunities in Victoria. I know that this is only a small selection of them but it helped me understand that there are amazing opportunities in engineering & it.  Mel Barrington, Mechanical Engineering Student, University of Melbourne

As an international student studying electronic engineering it was important for me to learn about employment opportunities but also get out and network. This event was fantastic and I highly recommend it to others. Mohammad Ashwin

Industry Feedback

The event was well worth the effort. We had a few expressions of interest and lots of engaging conversations which will no doubt lead to some applications in our recruitment program. Everything worked well on the day. David Child, Defence Force Recruting

The feedback was very positive and we have received multiple applications due to the event. The positioning of Thales was one of the high points and we will definitely participate at future events. Vicki Emmerson, Thales

The expo was a huge success. We got a lot of traction from undergraduates, graduates and even experienced engineers/ICT professionals. Opportunities like this allow us to promote the diverse careers Metro offers. It was excellent to see the huge interest in this event. Etienne Chevaux, Metro Trains

Fantastic effort! Congratulations to you and your team for organising this event. We look forward to being part of the next expo. Arthur Baustanos, IET Victoria
