Uplift – A Virtual LIVE Guided Meditation Session

The meditation session will be guided by Ryan Mannix, a meditation and yoga teacher based in Melbourne. During this session, Ryan will talk about meditation, the benefits of it, followed by a few techniques that will help you practice meditation in your daily life.

This event will be an online session hosted via Zoom. Registered participants will receive an email prior to the event with the Zoom link to attend the session.
Ryan Mannix is a meditation and yoga teacher based in Melbourne.
He has been sharing his passion for yoga through teaching in Australia and abroad, leading workshops, and co-leading teacher training since 2013.
Ryan has always had a keen interest in philosophy and meditation. Before yoga, he was a professional runner and developed the tools of visualization and mindfulness from a very young age.
He has trained with the Melbourne meditation center, iRest meditation, and continues to explore his passion for Buddhist meditation and practice. Ryan guides his students to uncover awareness and remember wholeness.
