The IEEE Victorian Section is proud to support schools and university programs. One of the ways that we engage with schools is by providing engaging and interactive career presentations and workshops.

The Women in Engineering program has been a trailblazer in this space with the wearable technology workshop across the state. Furthermore, our members often visit schools across the state.

Two of our student volunteers and active Women in Engineering members, Teodora Raducan and Rebecca Thorburn recently visited Kolbe Catholic College to inspire the next generation of female engineers.

Teodora and Rebecca spoke about their journey to university, what inspired them to study engineering and why they enjoy volunteering with IEEE.
